Our Hotel Key Cards are printed onto all four sides and scored so that you don’t have any cracking along the fold.
Printed onto a 400gsm Stock the cards are sturdy, but not too thick.

Yes, our paper is all FSC approved. Meaning that all of the paper stock that we use has been harvested in a responsible manner. FSC stands for the Forest Stewardship Council. How Do You Print Key Card Wallets?
We use the latest canon digital print equipment for smaller runs and Litho Print our Long Runs. We use a high-Quality Bright White Board that’s perfect for your Wallet. It’s sturdy and displays your info and graphics perfectly.
We produce custom printed Hotel Walletts by printing from high-resolution files. Importantly ou will get the best results from a high-resolution file.

To produce the perfect printed keycard wallet, we love a PDF file. However, if you don’t have a PDF file, send us a Word, Excel file, and we will send you back a PDF proof. Sending artwork
If you are sending artwork, you can do this in two ways: 1) upload during Order (for small files up to 10mb only) 2) Upload at Check out 3) uploading to our WeTransfer site Please use your name and order reference when sending files, so we can quickly reconcile against your orderPDF Files
High resolution (300dpi) files are the best for us to work with. Please see the settings below to get the best quality printing.- Resolution: Choose High Resolution
- Compression Settings – For colour and greyscale this should be downsampled to 300dpi with “auto compression” set on high
- Font Embedding – Should be set to “embed all fonts”
- Colour needs to be set as CMYK
Adobe Illustrator
Convert all text to outlines and embed all fonts. Save as a PDF file with 3mm bleed and crop marks.
Adobe Photoshop
The resolution should be set to 300dpi. Save the file as either JPEG or TIFF. Other files not listed above must be saved either as an EPS or JPEG.
Adobe InDesign
All fonts and pictures used in your artwork need to be supplied to us in a separate folder using the “package” function under the “file” menu. Zip your files and folders before uploading or sending to us via e-mail. Please also include a PDF. We can then use the PDF to make sure that nothing is missing or moved.
Artwork Bleed
- Please supply 3mm bleed around your artwork.
- Please ensure that the colour is set to CMYK, not RGB.
- Please provide crop marks around all your supplied artwork.
Microsoft Office Files
We cannot print straight from the following programmes. However, we can save a PDF file and re-send back to you for proofing.- Word
