What files can you print?
We can print from Jpegs, Word Files, Excel files and PDF files
What files are the best to send you?
PDF files are the best. Word files can change from PC to PC, but PDF files are the best to print from.
When can I Expect My Order?
We produce your personalised notebook on the same day. If we receive your files before 12pm we will send out the same day (if ordered before 12 pm). If they are ordered after 12 we will send out the next day
What Delivery Company do you use?
We use Royal Mail 2 day delivery
Do you do any discounts?
Yes, we do. Check out our Facebook page or our blog page. We have discounts for Students, NHS discounts and all Blue Light discounts. We also offer a discount for Armed Service Personel.
Is Your Paper Stock Environmentally Friendly?
Yes, our paper is all FSC approved. Meaning that all of the paper stock that we use has been harvested in a responsible manner. FSC stands for the Forest Stewardship Council. This an independent non-governmental organisation that promotes the responsible management of the world’s forests. You can learn more about FSC here.
